|www sbobet888 Neil McCann hopes "sense will prevail" at his Scottish FA disciplinary hearing on Thursday.
The Dundee manager was charged with "excessive misconduct" following his row with St Johnstone reserve goalkeeper Zander Clark, when the sides met earlier in March.
McCann denied slapping Clark in the aftermath of his side's 4-0 loss at home. Dundee are placed 10th in the table and McCann hopes he can remain in the technical area for upcoming matches.
He said: "It is important that I am there because I want to be there. I expect a fair hearing; I will represent myself.
"Anyone who watches me, I don't think I have every sat down for longer than two minutes."
Dundee play Hearts at home on Sunday, before visits to Celtic and Rangers and McCann said he was pleased the hearing had been put back.
McCann added: "They gave me an earlier time which was stopping me doing my preparation towards what is going to be an important period going into the Hearts game. www sbobet888
"I was pleased that they knocked it back to 2pm so I will get myself down there."
McCann also announced that defender Josh Meekings signed a two-year contract extension, taking his deal to 2020.
Meekings, 25, was signed last summer but a knee injury meant he only made his debut in October against Celtic.
"We are delighted that Josh has signed a two-year extension, it is great news. He has been a big player for us this season and I think he is only going to get better," said McCann.
Meekings added: "I am absolutely delighted. I am happy that it is finally done. I can't thank the manager enough.
"I have been delighted with everything that has gone on albeit we need to turn it around a little bit in the league form and start getting a few results." www sbobet888
